Dentistry allows me to help my patients tell the story of their lives with their smiles. Every patient is different. Some have been my patients for over 20 years and we have grown together! Some are new to the practice and we are just getting to know each other. Regardless of how long I’ve known a patient, I treat each one with the compassion and gentleness that I would give to my own family.

Outside the Office
I am a country girl at heart, growing up in a small community in Suffolk, VA. I moved to Columbia, SC 20 years ago, and have loved being a part of this area.
My husband Willie is retired from the USAF. We have a wonderful 13-year-old daughter named Jolie. She is a competitive gymnast, so we travel a lot. I don’t mind though; it gives me a lot of time to spend with her and Willie, and allows us to travel all over the country. It’s great when her competitions take us near a beach—I could sit near the water all day!
In addition to spending time with my family and traveling, I am also involved with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., First Nazareth Baptist Church, and Jack and Jill of America.
